Butterfly Childcare Ipswich is a purpose built childcare club for primary school aged children 4 to 11 years old. We developed the room, facilities and garden in 2022, and are proud to have opened our doors in October 2022! The club is owned by Sarah, and she and her team have created an amazing place for all the children to love and enjoy. Dragonfly-Handicraft built the excellent assault course and sports area for us, and we will be developing the adjoining field soon!

We provide delicious dinners in the supper session for after school children, and for the school holiday club. A light tea is provided at Chilton Primary club. Please advise us of allergies and special requirements.

Great Team members
All staff members are friendly, fun, dedicated and of the highest standard. They are all OFSTED registered, DBS checked, and Peadicatric first aid trained. Between us we have over 30 years experience.
Fun Games
Fun Games
All activities are age appropriate, to cover all genders, interests and abilities. There is a vast range of toys, board games, books, games console, arts and crafts, and outdoor activities, as well as a chill out area for films/quiet time. We have a purpose built assault course built by DRAGONFLY HANDICRAFT, with a sports field, and other activities all done outside. We have guest visitors in the holidays to do activities such as animal petting, nature exploring, art & craft and sports coaching.

This is for children aged from BIRTH to 4 years.
The hours 8am to 6pm Mon to Friday all year.
Care is contracted.
Please ask for more information if you require more flexibility in care.

After school Butterflies
This service provides collection from school for ages 4 years upwards, and care until 6pm.
Bookings held with payment in advance
Dinner is be provided on some sessions.
Additional hours after 6pm is available at the Ipswich club, but is very limited.
Please enquire with us to see if we currently collect from your child’s school.

This service is for all school aged children aged 4 upwards, for school holidays/pd days.
Currently available at the Ipswich site
Please book early to secure your child’s space.
Payment due on booking to secure the place.
The child must be SCHOOL AGE 4ys old upwards to attend.
