Upon booking/Payment of the holiday care & after school care, you are bound by our terms. After school bookings are made termly, however you may book/pay weekly but we can’t guarantee space available for your child/children. Monies paid are non refundable, unless we due to unforeseen circumstances can not provide the care promised. 

Upon booking and payment, you will be emailed forms that need to be filled in and returned to us before care starts. These only need to be returned on your first booking with us. These are held in a secure place, and we do not share any details with any third party. We are members of the ICO  for data protection. All our staff are OFSTED registered, DBS checked, paediatric first aid trained, and fully insured, as is the premises, and vehicles used. We all hold full driving licences. We have public and employee liability insurance with Policy Bee.

Any extra costs need to be paid in advance of care provided, eg trips or supper.

Trips will be discussed and agreed prior to us going for agreement/payment purposes.

Day care for preschool children is bookable by an ongoing contract, terms of that contract apply with the pre school setting chosen, either giggles & fun or Sarah Wright

Any allergies need to be clearly stated by you before care starts.

No nappies/wipes/toiletries are provided by us.
